Hi. Just like the headliner says I got promoted lately and I’m now looking for votes.
Here’s a bit about me. First of all everyone calls me Ilu. I have had an on/off relatioship with BJJ for almost decade, but for the last two years I have been practicing more and more often. And for that I have my kids to thank for. I was able to get my oldest and youngest child to train as well, so I have to ”hangaround” at the gym more and naturally train as well by helping out at their classes.
Lets keep on rolling.🤙🏻

Miroslav has several pictures in his profile, including promotion pictures with his coach -> easy to verify.
Only photo you have Ilu is your profile picture. So do you have a picture of your blue belt promotion? Your coach is also in Beltchecker yet he has not voted your profile. It is hard to give you votes when one looks at your profile.

I too concluded left side is "most correct", if we can only choose one, after doing some research a lot of years ago. Most Brazilians are very helaxed on the issue though, so I really wouldn't correct anyone (including my own students) on the issue.
More of a OCD trigger with the knot only locking the outer loop of the belt, which seems to be much more common among coral and red belts. I don't think I've ever seen a blue belt tie their belt that way. Is it perhaps a signal that "Don't even think about asking me to spar!" - an above sparring tying of the belt, so doesn't matter if it's not really locked in place?
