If you feel it's deserved I would appreciate a vote to certify. Thanks in advance. Feel free to add as a friend.

I corrected it to state my instructors name but throwing me a -175 was unnecessary.
Not really. A lot of new members hesitate at making the necessary changes as all voting points are reset. Especially if reaching verification status. So can just as well encourage to get the profile in good working order right away :-)

Still missing lineage and was difficult to find who gave Ken Kronenberg his BB and when. Can you link a source showing that plus add full lineage to your profile page? There's a designated field for that.

Welcome to Beltchecker.

Don't take it personal.

On Beltchecker belt claims are checked and disputes are made when details are missing or a profile leaves more questions than answers.
They are also used to point out obvious fakes when they arise. Don't worry about it too much. Your profile will get verified in due time.
Please take time to add as much detail as possible.

Are you sure it was not by Relson directly? Source?

Phil got his own BB from Relson in 2003 (source: https://web.archive.org/w[...]t-in-town/) and as late as 2006, the only 2:nd degrees and higher promote to BB standard was very established (and Relson is in IBJJF).

                      1. How did I get started in BJJ? This is actually a two part story. I started BJJ in 1996, but I got started in the Mart…

So Relson promoted Phil to BB in 2003, who shouldn't had promoted anyone to BB until 2009 but did with Ken in 2006. Who, if promoted in 2009, shouldn't had promoted anyone to BB before 2015 but promoted Tamdan to BB somewhere 2018-2020? In which case it would be no problem to promote Dylan to brown in 2021.

No wrongdoing from Dylan here and if they just got the BB dates or promoting instructors adjusted along the lineage, everything would check out. So I'm actually leaning towards just not voting here, with same applying if Tamdan registered. Ken's 2006 degree is a bit more problematic, if he registered, unless Relson stepped in as senior promoting instructor for that one.

Still not promoted to purple by "Broome county martial arts" though and would also really recommend adding lineage to profile.

From what I know Relson doesn't follow the standard IBJJF grading timelines so if Relson says it's legit then so be it
