Adam Kayoom awarded 2 stripes on white, Master Schmall gave 2 stripes on white, promoted me to blue belt after performance back then 2007 at SEA and that i'm now train again and got a third stripe on blue belt by Prof. Amp

Usually stripes on the ends of the belt bar means that you're the head instructor of your academy, but are not counted as degree stripes. Might cause some confusion if they are sewn on like that and are not simply tape which has moved around. But congrats on the third degree and welcome back to BJJ!
