Not sure how or why, but I went from verified to unverified. How does that happen? I haven’t made any changes.

Did you add a promotion or change your profile picture? Maybe someone withdrew their votes? Maybe someone who voted for you became unverified? Could be a couple different reasons.

I updated my profile picture and was promoted May 23rd. I was verified after that, then received the notice I was unverified and didn’t have a reason. I thought it was weird.

That is a little weird, but there's a couple reasons it might have happened. Looks like you're almost back to being verified though. Anyone that had previously voted for you will get an alert to re-vote for you automatically. You got my points. Congrats on the black strap man!

You're at 1075/1000 verification points so it only takes one person who voted for you to be temporarily unverified (if they got promoted for instance) which will deactivate their votes = yours drop under 1000.

It told you that you had become unverified. How that happens can be through a quite complex chain of points moving up and down, so it's not always easy to pinpoint. Someone down the line might have been temporarily waiting for a new profile picture verification, which makes another profile drop a few points, get unverified, drop another profile which drops yours.

It just caught me by surprise when it did happen. I didn’t know if I needed to do something or what had changed. I appreciate the feedback.
