UI issue:
When you visit other profiles and see people who have verified them under "Votes received for current rank", you have the option at the bottom to see more votes and to see who that person who the profile is for has also verified as "Profiles [Name] has voted for"
This button doesn't appear exist on one's own profile. I can't seem to find a way to access profiles I have voted to verify from my own profile at the bottom of the "Votes received for current rank" bubble.

You can find your own votes in Edit Profile -> Votes

Loving the change! Just my 2 cents (literally, just 2):
1) Regarding training milestones I'd take into account hours rather than sessions. For example, you might have 250 hours in 210 sessions and not reach the milestone. Not important at all, but I think hours are more important than sessions per se.
2) This one does "bother" me a bit. I'd allow for 5 photos in promotions rather than 3. One for when you are granted the new belt and then one per stripe. I think that would make it much easier to contrast if what the person is stating is true or not. With just 3 some important proof gets left out.
With all that said: great job!

I have identified a bug but not sure if it happens on every profile. In the "Votes received for current rank" box of a profile some of the black belt stripes are not correct on the people who voted. It will show someone has a zero stripe when they are actually a 2 stripe for example. Unless this is meant to show the belt they are at the time of voting in the past.
It seems like it's everyone below the "Show more votes" button.

I did a hard reload on PC and Android and its still the same on my end. When you press the "Show More Votes" button, the extended voters have no stripes.

On iOS the nav bar floats to the center of the page as you scroll. Instead of pinning to the bottom. Not sure if intentional.

Thanks @Brandon! That is a known bug in the latest iOS Safari: bars pinned to the bottom of the screen float up while the address bar hides during scrolling. It is not something websites can fix, so we have to wait for Apple. It often snaps back into place after a tap, when the keyboard closes or if you close and reload the app 🙂

Not sure whether it is a bug. It seems that the system might be defaulting to the previous belt promotion date when people enter a new one. I am seeing this a lot more.

Thanks @Brendan, great catch! It was a real bug: when a new belt was added, the date field started out with the date of the previous belt. It only affected a few profiles that did not set a date on their new belt. It is fixed now, and those members have been sent a message asking them to check the date 🙂

Good catch @Gunter! A few profiles had a sign-up date after their verification date, which made the time negative. Fixed now 🙂

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but when my promoting instructor was split in my black belt verification after the update only one name was attached to a profile and the other was not.

Good catch @Justin! When we split the promoter names, only the extra names were linked to profiles. Joseph Montgomery is now linked to your black belt too, and he can confirm it from his profile. We did the same for about 75 other members 🙂

I do have one small issue though, I have been asked to re-verify some votes, which is fine but a few times now it has asked me to verify a single vote. Screenshot of my notifications attached.

It’s because he changed his promotion history multiple times and you get a new notification for each change.

Adding places we have trained, is it possible to manually add locations? Currently, it seems that only locations that someone has listed are on the map.

You can add gyms that someone has in their profile, for data consistency purposes.
World map requires that you have enough data to show it. Needs a handful of pins so we don’t just show a bunch of empty maps

As for the pins, if we marked where we were promoted for a belt, it should show up on that map, correct? Also, if someone missed pinning that location and adds it now, does that require reverification of the profile?
