Bio

My grappling career started out as a wrestler from 1994-1997. Then after College I started BJJ while in the Army in early 2003. I got a stripe from Rigan Machado in 2003 out of a now closed club in Louisville, KY . 2005 I was training in Judo in Schweinfurt, Germany. And then I trained BJJ in Tucson with Demetrius Ramos for 6 months in 2006. 2011-13 I was wrestling, and coaching wrestling in Europe. 2018 I trained at Kraken BJJ in Colorado Springs and most recently I have been working out at Renzo Gracie Colorado Springs under Black Belt Avi Kashub.
