I started training aged 11 in 2005 under Chris Brown. He has been and always will be my main instructor. He was part of the first wave of people promoting grappling/MMA in the UK. He is full instructor in JKD under Larry Hartsell and a BJJ Blackbelt awarded by Ben Poppleton
