Is it really free?
Yes. There is no monthly fee and no setup cost. Processing fees apply to online card payments. Cash, bank transfers and payments you register at the desk cost nothing.
Do my members need a Beltchecker profile?
No. They sign in to your academy app with their email and a code. If they have a Beltchecker profile, their classes and belts follow them there too.
Can I start small?
Yes. Many academies start with Club TV or check-in and add memberships and payments later. Nothing has to be set up before you use one part.
Who sees the money?
Administrators and billing managers. Front desk staff and coaches only see revenue when an administrator allows it.
