Bio
I started my BJJ journey at the tender age of 52, but I've been an endurance athlete (triathlon, marathon & ultrarunning) for most of my life.
As a professional sports coach and educator (and in v1.0 of life as a physiotherapist), I take a very analytical approach to studying ways to develop optimally in this 'arte suave.'
My long term goal, apart from improving my own health, fitness and wellbeing, is to become a youth BJJ coach to support young people in getting a solid, healthy start in life.
