I have dealt with neck and back injuries over the past few years, I think being one of the lighter guys in any gyms I go to contributes to this.
Does anyone have any particular stretching or personal warm up they do that they find helps with preventing or dealing with things like stiff neck or back pain ?
Opinions on the whole Yoga for BJJ thing etc?

warming up is super important. DONT SKIP WARM UP.
even more important is to stay and stretch. I find a huge problem is that guys roll and play like butterfly guard which puts crazy strain on your piriformis, glute mid and TFL. hips are all tight from being in a ball and then they just walk off mat without stretching and cool down sitting in the car on the way home. wondering why their hips, back and neck all hurt.
warm up before training and stretch before u cool down! and yes, yoga is amazing. although I suck at it.
