As you know, we're working on expanding the academy/membership management features here on the site. Here's what we've built so far: - Management of administrators, coaches and members - Schedule management - Membership/payment management - Attendance logging with access management (administrators/coaches/members can be given access) - Attendance history - Attendance statistics - New settings page with easy access to all academy profile settings If some of you out there would like to use this, or some of this, and give me some feedback, I'd highly appreciate it! Now we just need training to resume around the world :D

Not really; I hope the interface is straight forward enough to figure out yourself fairly easily. Anything you're in doubt about how to use?

Would it be an idea to have an option for gym managers to make a pre-registration for new members? So the profiles will have already most information filled in by the gym. New members will receive an e-mail for activation of there belt checker account.

Well you can just go to the registration front page and out in their name, email and belt level, then they’ll get an email asking them to activate :) I really want to avoid the option for other people than the profile owners to be able to enter data on the site.

Really good looking system. Can anyone please point me in the direction of how to register your academy here on the site? I can't seem to find a portal to that section. Thank you in advance.

When you click on your academy, the requirements are at the bottom of the page. You need to have 3 confirmed students of blue belt or above.
