I made a few minor adjustments to the voting rules:
- Filling out the comment field on a vote is now mandatory
- It is now not possible to vote for a profile that is not ID verified (must have verified full name and verified profile photo). I don't think it makes much sense for the community to start voting on someone before we know the person is who they say they are.
- There will be a warning with explanation on the profile if is it not yet open for receiving votes

Quick question: is it possible to NOT have a request sent out to every single person in the system when someone new signs on? I'm getting messages from people with regards to "why are you asking me to verify your rank, it looks like you're already verified, and I don't even know you..."
I don't think I requested it specifically from more than maybe 4 people... lol.

I think people shouldn't be allowed to ask a person for verification through the system easily as it's for sure just turning into a spamming system that all current verified people are experiencing. I'm getting more verification requests than I get messages from gi manufacturers lol

That's what I'd assume. ESPECIALLY as there is a statistics leaderboard for things like 'most trusted', which is directly predicated on points. Admittedly I'd be tempted to accumulate more points for that reason (I've been resisting the urge so far), makes it feel like I'm playing a BJJ kudos-based RPG game or something. :P

Improvement suggestion: the single line comment field on votes is not very convenient if you write more than a just a few words, especially on mobile. Should be a proper text field where you can see everything (or most) of what you have written.
