You don't HAVE to vote for everyone.

I'm very happy to see that people are willing to put effort into the site, vote and participate in the forums.
However I feel like I need to point out that you dont HVAE to vote for every account regardless of the "evidence" they have or because some other black belt voted for him.
I would suggest people to think more carefully about how much weight their vote should carry, I have mentioned this before in earlier forums. It doesn't make sense to have 5000 votes for the average joe.
All I ask is that you think about what your vote represents. If you feel no need to change then that's completely fine, to each their own. I'm looking forward to what the future will bring.
Thank you.

On the other hand, there’s many people who find it entertaining, interesting etc to sit and look through profiles and vote for them if they look legitimate. Nothing wrong with that. People can use whatever criteria they want to vote and they don’t have to all agree on what that should be :)

What gets me is when I look at profile in the 'needs more votes to be verified' section and there are comments like "well documented" and the like with literally no documentation at all.
I have not voted for people but messaged them saying to add photos and/or get their coach to accept their 'promoted by' thing at least, this way I have an option to click on them in the messages part of my profile to get back to them later.
I have never voted for a profile without photos or trusted verifications unless I personally know them and have trained and rolled with.

You can also comment on these votes with your thoughts about them, if you want :)

Wow, who's going to be that guy... Going around dissing people for poor upvoteing or downvoting people because you think their profiles crap? I wish I could get a bogus account just so I could try it. See how many downvotes I would get... What fun!

And this is exactly why we don’t have anonymous votes on the site :D :D
