My card came in about 4-5 days to the UK. I don't know about certificates.

ID cards ship within a week from the US.

Certificates are a lot of manual work (profile review, print in print shop etc.). We make these in batches since we print them externally, so we usually collect minimum 10 orders before we send it off to the printer. Then shipping with regular postal service which can easily be 2-3 weeks from Europe to US in non pandemic days :)

Mine honesty took quite a while, but they'll get there eventually. =]

I never received my card. I did get the certificate.

They ship separately. Please send us an email on [email protected] about the card and we’ll get you a new one :)

I got my card pretty quickly. Ordered the certificate about a month ago. I'm sure it's on its way.

How large are the certificates?' I dont remember if anyone asked.

A4, I believe
