When will I receive the certificate / ID card I ordered?

You will receive a notification here on Beltchecker once your order has shipped. We ship with regular postal service (as world wide, tracked shipping would be really expensive for such small items), so we do not have any tracking information once it has shipped.
Please note that delivery time can be a bit long—for certificates in particular—due to manual profile review, printing and shipping (especially during pandemic). Since we produce the certificates at a professional printer, we have to make them in batches as it would be too expensive to order single prints every time. This also adds to the processing time a bit.
Certificates ship from Denmark and ID cards ship from the US.
Feel free to contact [email protected] for questions on your ID card or certificate order. We will be happy to re-send anything that might have gotten lost in the mail :)

Just want to make your the email ([email protected]) is still valid.
I paid for an ID card last Thursday ( oct 30th) but did not receive any confirmation. I sent an email right away to verify but have not had an answer yet.
Not being impatient, just want to confirm the address is still the same.

Hello ! I have recieved a notification that my order is currently under production, however Id like to know if I will also recieve a digital certificate in a pdf file or similar, and when can I expect it…
