When people start to vote to verify a profile like that with "Well documented!", then I have to do something about it :D

Damn Christian!
I said I had considered doing it but you've fully unleashed on the comments... Stirring the pot... Tell me, what does it feel like? You know, being a black belt and a badass (with the power to delete negative feedback on any account).

Not really stirring the pot, just letting people know they overlooked something :)

Being a black belt is cool most of the time. Girls CONSTANTLY sliding into your DM can be a bit tiring in the long run. I’m not just some piece of meat, the belt rank doesn’t remove my feelings, you know. Random people in bars always wanna hear about your lineage. Kids asking me to tell that story about how I almost wrestled someone in a supermarket, again and again. You learn to live with it.

I agree that any evidence of 'rubber stamping' should be called out.

Before I hit 'verify', I always view the entire profile, pics. check to make sure the belt promotion dates make sense, hit some social media links they may have, etc.

It's important we all do our part to try and keep the quality level high here.

How about this then? He is in the top 3 as longest white belt is wearing a black belt in his picture.
He is a verified white belt and In the promotion history for that white belt are photo's of his black belt certificate.

He is a black belt and if you google him you find a lot, why not fill the promotion history properly?

Does he compete as white belt?
No, but look at the original post on top. This topic isn't about sandbagging in competition, but people on beltchecker that don't fully complete their profile.

I can understand you would think this would be about sandbagging in competition based on the title. :)
