Hi everyone,
Does anyone have experience with the instructionals on Scientific Wrestling, etc?
I am looking at the Billy Robinson "Double Wrist Lock" and Josh Barnett's "Punishing Rides" -- are these downloadable or do you need to stream them to an app? The site isn't super detailed on that aspect.

I don't believe there is an option to steam them. Go to BJJ Fanatics. There's a lot of great catch wrestling material on there. There are options for a physical DVD, digital, or both. If you want something on the double wrist lock, check out Neil Melanson and his filthy kimura. He's a catch wrestling coach with a lot of Catch Wrestling instructional videos on BJJ Fanatics!

Melanson is one of the guys I watch alot. I am a bigger dude, and some of the stuff he works fits my style. Some of his stuff requires to much flexibility for me, but I have found alot of good stuff from him on youtube.
