Just pasting this here for those who find this thread but are too lazy to click the faq ;)

Imagine a case where someone gets verified as a black belt and then sets the date back 10-15 years without re-verification, allowing him to claim illegitimate black belt degrees and thereby upgrade his voting weight.

Anyone who voted before will get notified to reconfirm their vote. It’s important that we constantly keep all checks on promotion histories and all their details to make sure that everything is trustworthy above all :)

Thanks Christian, yeah I seen the other forum where you explained it before. Should have research a little more before asking . This is a pretty awesome site brother, glad to see it's taking off so quickly
