Rolling Back takes

So I was watching Polaris 15 and saw no less than 3 of these rolling back takes (some were crab rides) and I had a little play with them today. With no resistance I found them a lot easier than expected. Initially I tried one from 50:50, then some other positions which had less control points, right down to where it seems i only actually need two points of contact around their leg to pull this off? - that's my question: "what is the minimum hooks / grips / control points / points of contact i need to take their back from a leg entanglement?"
It seems something like "i need one of their legs between mine, then to block their quad from the front and hook a lower point behind the same leg (i.e. behind the knee or on the calf)" ? Although it might depend which shoulder i'm rolling over?

How similar is this to the berimbolo/what are the differences? I'm having trouble understanding the move you're describing from the pictures you've provided.

Do you have UFC Fight Pass? If so, I can give you the time stamp...

No, this particular one was just from standing in front of someone who had pulled guard and pushing on leg down between his own. There were multiple successful crab rides in the same event though. One was from standing after someone rolled backwards for a leg lock after top guard (Nardini vs Linblad) and the other came as a counter to a footlock attempt from ashi (Adshead vs Pulkkanen)

That sounds like a berimbolo. Dont get confused by top and bottom. That outside leg appears to hook like a DLR hook would from guard. I have fight pass and can watch it. What is the time stamp and match?
