Hello, how do I update my promotion history when I gain a new stripe on my belt, while also keeping the original date I attained the current belt? For example, I got my Blue belt November 1, 2019, and got my first stripe at blue belt November 13, 2020.

Date field is only for your belt promotion, not for the stripes. So you just leave the date field as it is and then add the stripe on your promotion record.
