I listen to grappling central podcast here n there. Kurt Osiander is a semi-regular guest on there and is always entertaining

I like Kurt he is good Dude. I sat next to him at a tournament when I was a blue belt and he kept me entertained for hours BSing with me.

I was on there too, way back in the day. They just did a written interview with me since I was living abroad at the time. I used to have a link to the interview but it's since been moved or deleted. But perhaps it can be resurrected?

I've been following you for a while now, BTW. Your word count on your blog is very prolific so I have admittedly not had the time on my hands that I used to to sit down and process it lately, but I always enjoyed following your thoughts on BJJ and life!

Since I started doing a lot of Judo recently, I’ve been listening to the Shintaro Higashi show on Spotify. It’s not a life changing podcast but I listen to it on my drive to work. He comes off as a real down to earth guy with a great perspective because he is not only a judo red and white belt but also a Bjj brown belt and a fairly accomplished wrestler.
