So, had the ol’ gull bladder removed and was off for 1 month. I would be at class and take notes. Stepped onto the mat tonight and drilled a nice half guard to toe hold move coach showed. It was nice to be back out, but it got me thinking of how many other grapplers have had this surgery and how long total recovery times ranged.
