Once you had 'em, now you've lost' em.

Disappearing moves from your arsenal.

Mine.

Haven't guillotined anyone since 2007.
Same with kimura from guard.
Any type of kneebar.

I no longer do anything fancy from guard,

and I am conservative with my legs.

Because middle aged.

Me too. Used to be a butterfly guard guy but now my left leg does work well.
Cartwheel passes are out of the question now as well.
Just a very plain game now. Not by choice but by necessity.

Ezekiel! I had a really good one, but it got lost amongst leglocks and worm guard stuff... I'll find it again though
I don't seem to do kimuras much anymore from guard...north south I still attack them. Also, I think I lost americanas from anywhere now that I think about it! I have to agree with the guy above me on losing moves due to leg locks and worm haha

I used to do straight ankle locks a lot, and be successful with them. Then I got sloppy and started getting DQed for reaping, so I just stopped.

Top. Slow them down, then smash, smash, smash and pressure, pressure, pressure until they fold.

Bottom. Closed guard, butterfly or leglocks entries to get on top. Then see above.

I used to play spider guard a lot. Then I got older and my finger joints said no. ;)
Haha Yeah the fingers take a beating

That is a solid strategy

Indeed.
Let the other guy butt-flop, and look like a mong to the uninitiated.
I'll be the one on top putting the presh, thank you very much.

I am pretty new so I haven't really learned enough to lose something yet. I figured out my style early though so I worked that for the first year or so. Smash, smash smash. I am slightly larger then the average human at 6'4" and 320lbs so I play to my main advantage.

Over the last few months I have been focusing on not playing top game unless the opponent forces me there, or I get there from a reversal. I have been playing defense and guard trying to get better.

I used to live or die by a choke, nowadays it's more like, choke are setups for armbars. Fingers can no longer hold the lapels as well as they used to.

After dislocating some fingers over the years. I made a conscious decision to stop hanging onto lapels and collars for dear life, and just focus on anatomical 'no-gi' grips. 2 on 1's, collar ties, over/underhooks, head control and whatnot.

Yes. That means I have little understanding of the latest wormish innovations.
I also will have the use of my hands until I die.

I use my hands to make my living so I can't risk injuring my fingers. I do use grips but when they try to strip I release before they get started.
Helps alot in keeping my hands healthy although they are already jacked up and look hideous.

This is actually simple yet very good advice, especially in stand-up exchanges. A good trainer partner had to point it out to me, but only after years of self-abusing my hands by hanging onto fabric with the "if you let go your mother falls off a cliff... and dies!" mentality, no matter how the partner/opponent is trying to break my grasp. He is a judo BB before starting BJJ, with really impressive grip strength (still does the rope climb routine every time after class), yet every time I manage to create a situation/angle where I might even threat to break his grip, he simply lets it go & then immediately re-grabs. Genius and a finger-saver.
