Normally I open the school on Sundays for a little open mat but this time took the day off and spent time with the family while watching instructionals lol! Logged in some of it in the training history section which I find really cool. Spent some time planning the lessons for the upcoming classes I will be teaching as well.
What did y'all do this Easter Sunday? Train, chill, travel? Was there a competition today? Lol! Oss

Relaxed, went to my Professors house with my family for Easter dinner. Took the kids out on his paddleboat on his lake and generally relaxed outside in the nice 75 degree weather (North Atlanta).
Glad you had a great easter and relaxed sir.

Happy Easter Jiu Jitsu Facebook! I spent the day with my family and kids at my father in laws. Itching to get back to training though. Got a few comps coming up! Need the mat time.
