Anyone in the over 40 club have any recommendations for knee braces? I got a case of bad jumpers knee and it's getting quite difficult to even drill starting from the kneed.

Knee braces will only get you so far, and won't do much to resolve the fundamental issue. If you can, you should be strengthening the muscles around the knee. For that, I'd recommend kneesovertoes guy on instagram/youtube. He has some really great stuff. If you want to pay he has a coaching program and book, or, like me, you like doing things for free you can piece together the exercises he talks about on his videos. Doing his stuff for a few months has transformed my knee issues

Yah, if you start wearing a brace all the time, you'll never be able to take it off. Go see a physiotherapist and put some strength back in the joint.

I used the brauerfund knee brace before my knee surgery for both my knees but after surgery for a fully torn MCL & PCL from 20 years of martial arts I took up yoga to strengthen my knees and I don't need the braces anymore.

I run a knee compression sleeve from Zensah and it has been the best so far. I tore my LCL around 2012 and had a small amount of meniscus damage, and that knee sleeve has been awesome for cutting out the pain.
