Don’t know if anyone is interested I compete today and it’s on flograppling …

I know everyone here is like me and has an account ..

It’s the CSC Show and I am scheduled between 3:00 and 3:30 PST / 6:00 and 6:30 EST..

First match at 59 years old it’s 6 minutes Submission or Heart Attack match..

I got lucky and avoided the heart attack.. Caught a leg about 2 minutes in and it felt great to be out there again

Dude! Amazing. Keep it up. I hope to be still competing and doing this well into retirement. Currently 32 and started back up with jiu jitsu again.
