Hello,
I see that the site grow pretty fast and New members arrives every day, in the same time, one of my student is waiting for one week now just for his profil picture to be approuved. So my question is can we help in some way to be more effective and having less time to be able to receive votes, by checking pictures or identité ? It's just a proposition, we are close to 23.000 members, maybe it's time to have a bigger team.

Profile picture and name verification are done several times a day, so I'm pretty sure he must have made a mistake or overlooked a rejection notice. What's his name?

He didn't follow the profile picture verification instructions correctly. He uploaded the selfie with the handwritten note as his profile picture instead of under the verification page. So that's why nothing has popped up at the moderators' table for his profile :)
Tell him to just follow the instructions on his profile and he'll be verified shortly.
