I have been working all day to try and move everything to the new server, and it almost succeeded :D There are some issues with moving the database (all the special characters looked weird), so for now we are still running on the old (slow) one.
Code is on the new server and we are right now waiting for the domain to point here (temporary domain is http://www.jyd.jbj.mybluehost.me/ but you probably already know if you read this).
At some point when I hear from the hosting tech support, I'll figure out how to properly move the database and that will result in some downtime again, but hopefully not as long as first attempt :)

Get message “cannot open page too many redirects occurred” when doing belt checker.com in the address bar.
But I can get in with clicking on the old password reset email link.

Anyone else getting this? This could be because the domain is only recently moved to the new server. Could you please try to reset your browser completely and try again, then let me know?

When I first signed up, I verified with a credit card twice but it didn't take. I assume it was because of a middle initial (as I saw the $2.00 charge twice on activity). I wasn't sure if you had any other issues with a middle initial on a credit card.

Yeah as the credit card verification page says, the name on the payment must match EXACTLY with the profile name. Otherwise it’ll reject.

I had posted all my promotion dates and was sure everything right... got all my verification points... even verified other teammates then David pointed out the date on my Brown Belt Promotion was off.... I corrected it to where it should be and lost all my verification and took me back down to zero. Help!! Please. It only shows a couple verifications now.

I have been getting these lately.
Have been rebooting a bit now and then, still working on performance of the new server :) Will improve! Just don't have a lot of office time this week as I am hosting a camp :)

Search requires three characters for the state field, but folks aren't required to enter three characters so too many folks have put "WI" rather than "Wisconsin" rendering them unsearchable by state. If I find someone with "WI", I can tap it to search for everyone with the abbreviation, but then I can't filter to completed profiles only.
Could search either be lowered to 2 characters minimum, or state be raised to 3 characters minimum at entry?

Hi - I entered my black belt promo info then was notiied I needed to enter the date I started training info. When I enter that info with a photo of a certificate, the page blanks out and does not hold my info. I'm on Chrome on a MAC running Catalina 10.15.1. Any suggestions for how I can complete this section of my profile? Thank you! :)

I just removed it during a performance analysis, found out that list alone took 4-5 seconds to load, which was a lot of stress on the server when everyone are on the front page all the time. For now, you can access the full list here instead: https://beltchecker.com/n[...]dvotes.php

Not able to do that at this point :) messaging system can get pretty complicated but I haven’t had time to build more than just a simple basic one yet. Down the road it will probably get more features.
