I think from what I remember, they may take a little while to activate your request when you try and link profiles. I don't think they have the capabilities to link both of them though (I'm on Judochecker as well). But maybe you can just wait a couple days to see if it goes through?

Everything linked perfect on beltchecker, but on his smoothcomp profile beltchecker and judo checker are not showing up? We seen another kids profile where it showed both beltchecker and judo checker on his smoothcomp profile. We have linked and unlinked his beltchecker to smooothcomp two different times but still will not show up? Tried messaging smoothcomp but to no avail? Tried again recent and hoping to hear back? I do remember I needed his beltchecker ID # (Colt Williams) cannot find his ID card we purchased but I believe I found number somehow? and that is how we entered in smoothcomp to link. Maybe I have his beltchecker ID # wrong? Is there a simple way to find this number and maybe I could try linking again?

I just tried linking my judochecker account again, but the only option it gives me is beltchecker. When I put in my judochecker id#, it doesn't seem to work... not sure how that kid linked both accounts. Maybe that's why people my age always ask kids his age how to do shit like this...

I think my husband got it figured out we just need to put his beltchecker ID # and his judochecker ID # . Where can we find those?

You can only link smoothcomp with beltchecker, not judochecker or the other "sub-sites".

To find the beltchecker ID, just look at the address of the profile, it says "...profile.php?id=10" where 10 is the ID number.

So you put your smoothcomp ID in your beltchecker profile and vice versa. Then it should link.

Apart from that, you'll need to speak with smoothcomp support, I'm afraid :)
