Training in South of France, any experience/spots/contacts?

I'll be visiting Europe, and spending most of October and early November in the South of France;
Mostly Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Saint-Raphael... small places! (especially coming from Tokyo ^^)
Population :
Ramatuelle : 2,000 !
St-Tropez : 4,300
St-Raphael : 35,000
I'll make the drive to Nice / Monaco at some point
Nice : 342,000
Monaco : 39,000
the few profiles with Nice on beltchecker are not verified, just wondering if the collective consciousness here has any contacts in those areas ^^
Thankfully this time I'll be traveling with my 19 y/o son who has been praticing for 8 years, so I'll always have a partner nearby, provided we find some rolling space, maybe a tarp on the beach will do.

In Monaco/ Nice area, you must go visit thé coaching lab, running by luta livre Master 6 degree Black belt, Flavio Santiago, high level nogi class.
For the gi, you must meet Samuel Monin or David Giorsetti one of the french pionners, in th same area.
