Feature request: In the section "Profiles needing more votes to verify", don't show profiles which the user has already voted for.

Motivation:
There aren't that many profiles requiring verification (~300), so when I'm browsing to pick one to vote for I seldomly happen to chose one for which I already did. It's a small annoyance but it I just thought I'd suggest this anyway.
Basic:
* If a user has voted for a profile then that profile will not be visible to the voter when checking the section "Profiles needing more votes to verify".
Details on implementation:
* If the profile has been updated to the point that would prompt a new vote then that profile would be visible in that section once again.
* If the profile has been updated with new evidence of rank then that profile would be visible in that section once again for users who have voted "No".

The reason why the ones you've already voted for are not filtered out there is technical; it's a pretty heavy request on the database. Maybe one day in the future we'll find a smoother solution for it :)
