I've yet to see very many stand alone instructional videos on the toe hold and/or knee bar. I'm wondering if y'all seen any good ones out there that I may have missed? I'm wanting to do a deep dive and study on both submissions.

This was the very first instructional series I ever saw and was so fascinated with the foot and leg locks in it. Starting training with my buddy Sam Kim with these in like 1996 or so. Should still hold up today! (not) https://www.ebay.com/itm/[...]3450188062
I actually have that set laying around here somewhere. That set is a blast from the past!

Yup! LOL! Do you remember Margaridas set from back in the day? What about Mario Sperry's sets? So many hilarious one liners in those sets! HAHAHAHAHA

Check out old school grappling. A catch as catch can organization. Catch has been breaking knees and ankles before 1925.

Oh man. I have trained with Margarida quite a bit and he is, obviously, a terror on the mats. But instructor not so much. LOL! The Mario Sperry vids were considered THE standard for so long but are so cringy to watch now. Miss those days!

I always recommend Charles Harriott's set, 'Leglocks 101'. I'm somebody that hates leglocks, but I found it really useful. The focus is straight ankle locks, there's other stuff there too.

Charles has also been putting up a bunch of posts with some guy on Instagram that has the handle king_kneebar, who as you can probably guess puts up a lot of stuff about kneebars (turns out on the main account, it's two people, Katie and Bendy):
