Glad you enjoyed it. It was fun. I started teaching private lessons to the engineer on the podcast, Andrew, and he invited me on. Nsima has been a training partner for quite a while and it's an absolute monster. I could barely handle him at white belt and now he's a brown belt he is an absolute nightmare! I just try to survive.

I used to listen to Mark Bell's podcast religiously. I drifted away around the same time Silent Mike and Jim McD left. Glad to see it's still going strong.

Nsima is a brown belt? Yikes! That guy looks like he walked right out of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. :) I enjoyed the show! My wife used to train BJJ (she earned her blue belt years ago but had to stop after her cancer treatment) and my son trains, so I particularly appreciated the sections about women and kids in Jiu-Jitsu. I also liked the discussion of how the BJJ sport-grappling point system is based on positions where you can inflict maximum damage in vale tudo or a street fight. Nice work!
