I mostly listen to rock and country when I'm not training, but when training I tend to rotate through quite a diverse list of genres.

Rap/Hip-Hop:
- Don't Sweat the Technique
- Anything by Wu-Tang
- Any of NF's not-slow songs
- Show Goes On by Lupe Fiasco
- Shook Ones, Pt. II by Mobb Deep
- No Church in the Wild by Jay-Z and Kanye West

Rock:
- Rusty Cage by Soundgarden
- anything by Metallica
- Under a Killing Moon by Thrice
- Scavenger by Thrice
- Summer Set Fire to the Rain by Thrice
- Where Eagles Dare by Misfits
- London Dungeon by Misfits
- anything by Foo Fighters
- anything by Red Hot Chili Peppers
- anything by Nirvana

By “I like to roll to these” what I mean is that I inadvertently roll harder whenever any of these come on because they get me hyped up.

Go hard or go home - Roy Jones Jr
Out here grindin’ - DJ Khalid
GDFR - Flo Rida
Back in Black - AC/DC
Fuel - Metallica

Mainly „Beastie Boys“, „A tribe called quest“ and all that 90s HipHop Brooklyn style.
If I need a push it is „the prodigy“.

The schedule of music that people will be forced to listen to today go:

Kids classes: Gojira
Adult classes: vildhjarta

Gojira being the softer of the two cause, ya know, it's kids dude.
