Highly entertaining. I just forwarded the link for the first episode to my instructor, Burton Richardson, who trained Keanu Reeves for the movie, Speed. I think he’ll appreciate the use of the bus. :)
Rokas has really come a long way as a martial artist. Like me, he started in Aikido and then moved to more realistic martial arts like MMA and BJJ. I appreciate his open-minded approach to training and his intellectual honesty.

I think Rokas is the only one I had never heard of before, but he seems to be the underdog of the show, so it’s nice to see him do well (so far).
