So back in November, I had my C5/6 and 6/7 discs replaced with metal replacement discs. I'm about to the point where I'm going to start drilling again and hope to be back to live training by late summer. Does anyone have any direct experience with training after this procedure? My PT is going great and honestly, I'm stronger physically than I have ever been right now. I was originally hoping to make my return at masters worlds in Sept, but that is just going to be too close. I'm eyeing up Pans in 24 for my competitive return...
