It's to submission of heart attack whichever comes first
Man some of the most boring matches I've ever watched were 2 older black belts just trying not to get submitted in front of their students for however long.
And when I was a white belt I had a 47 minute match in Nogi where we just didn't know how to end the match. That must of been painful for whoever was the ref.
I finally won with a RNC because the guy just gave up. Learned at least when it's like a swimming pool of sweat gotta go for the neck.
