Disclaimer: Sebastian (the man behindYoga for BJJ) is a good friend of mine. I do not work for, or receive anything from them, I am just a normal paying customer.
Yoga for BJJ has helped me so much lately. I have to be honest, I have never liked Yoga. I was too "alternative" for me, and the classes I have been to have been way too "spiritual" for my taste. But as a 40 year old grappler that loves sparring I have to take care of my body outside training. Naturally I have had back problems etc along the way. Many years of wrestling have also taken its toll on my neck.
After a discussion with my friend, he told me; "You sometimes take a pain pill, that uses 20 minutes to work, next time do Yoga for BJJ for 20 minutes instead." i Decided to try and it has really helped me a lot. Yoga for BJJ keeps it grappling-related all the time that also makes it very relevant for me. And it has also really improved my game and relieved me of many small injuries.
I can now really recommend it!

I've been a certified instructor under Sebastion since 2020 and it has certainly helped me as well. Glad you have found it to help you Professor.
