We have 6 competing this time and a few spouses are coming. I'm only staying for the comp then leaving. All the other times we've gone I made a vacation out of it but I'm bored of walking around Vegas trying to stay on weight.

I'm competing again this year. Debating whether to cut back down to 205 or just ride out the 222 I'm right in the middle. But like Ryan said. I hate walking around Vegas hungry and trying to keep my weight in check with all you can eat everything.

And I've been telling my guys that same thing for years. Coming from a wrestling background it's a hard habit to break. I'm registered in Super heavy as long as I stay away from ultra ( where cyborg and Bruno bastos are) I'm perfectly fine where I'm at lol 😆 😅

I went, great event, got in off the waitlist 2 weeks ago. Ended up on the podium in my first IBJJF event and first comp since becoming blue belt a few weeks ago

I was there with my bestie Denise. While Denise took 3 Gold (Masters, Con Gi and No Gi) i was out in my first fight :( Understimated the jetlag in my age.
