How to just become member of IBJJF as a black belt (not this certification thing)

Hi y'all :)
Question:
How can a BJJ black belt sign up as an IBJJF member (not the certified black belt) when the black belt that promoted them doesn't like IBJJF and isn't IBJJF certified?
We are currently switching teams and we have a few students that want to compete at the IBJJF Euros in January. Our team is IBJJF registered, we just need another black belt to sign off our people. Our current headcoach would love to help us, but it seems that an IBJJF certified black belt needs to sign him off first.
Would anyone be willing to help us out?

I am also having issues with approval for my IBJJF membership request. I have all the other documents required.

I had this issue recently because our school parted from Guerrilla and since we are no longer paying dues, Dave Camarillo is refusing to sign my Black Belt verification form. I know this happens a lot, but it is very disappointing.

As long as you have proof of the promotion, you don’t have to worry about being verified. The only thing you have to worry about is IBJJF registration . Or affiliation. If you wanna talk about either, let me know. I don’t charge people a single dime. I teach and sponsor schools voluntarily.

Seems very petty in my opinion.
I would still sign for people who no longer train with me if I promoted them.
