Fellas, its Zy here again.

I hope this finds everyone well. I've been competing almost every month of my year and a half of training. I'm reaching out for a little wisdom from the community.

1. Staying Motivated
How do you guys stay motivated during the highs and lows of competition? Any tips or strategies to keep a positive mindset? For me it's easy to say "Oh he was just the better person on that night" but I'm training my ass off so to say that is like a kick to my tail.

2. Dealing with Discouragement
When facing setbacks or tough and embarrassing losses, how do you overcome discouragement? Are there specific mental techniques or routines that you find effective? I have my BJJ Instagram and people are engaging and following along and the hype up for competitions are fun but going back and showing them yet another loss because I'm biting off more than I can handle at the moment. It's tough.

3. Improvement Strategies
Once you've identified weaknesses in your game, how do you go about improving? Are there specific drills, practice routines, or resources you recommend for honing skills?

Please feel free to share your own experiences, as I believe hearing from the community can provide valuable insights and diverse perspectives. thank you in advance for your time and expertise.
