Does this site send out verification emails to people that haven’t got a complete profile?
I notice that a lot of the folks who are being down voted have not been online for sometimes over a year.
Are they prompted to come back and sort it out?

You get an email every time you get a vote. If they really cared I think a barrage of emails telling you that someone disputes your rank would get them back to finish it up.

That’s a fair point. Although I don’t get emails, I only know of any notifications when I come on to the app.

Yes it sends out a reminder once a year or so. But many people don’t care, are too lazy, too busy, don’t read their emails, etc etc
