Slideyfoot wrote in another thread (https://www.beltchecker.c[...]amp;page=1) about BJJEE.com not being trustworthy at all, like a tabloid paper and with a lot of stolen material.
Would be interesting to know who controls the site and who writes (and steals?) articles for it, if anyone has info on that.
Also, please share your worst examples of incorrect info on BJEE, as it's easy to stumble upon their(?) articles a lot. So we can have a realistic view on how reliable a source the site is.

The sad thing is when he originally started the site, it was actually an interesting blog covering BJJ in Eastern Europe. He then switched to just chasing clicks above all else, hence the rapid slide downwards.
As a starting point in terms of them nicking stuff, here's an old reddit thread where I and a few others talk about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/[...]FSj13GqRH5

They once grabbed a picture of me for an article about sandbagging! It was a picture of me choking my wife in a seminar. Guys at the club were calling me a sandbagger and laughing about it and I had no clue wtf they were going on about.

A few days ago they made a big thing about a bluebelt who grabbed a gold medal at IBJjF Europeans in a whitebelt division and tried to blame his BJJ-team (Gracie Barra), too (btw. forced them to a statement). I know the team the Bluebelt came from and know that he indeed is a luta livre Bluebelt but has no coloured belt im BJJ. His coach is a luta livre BB.
Doesn‘t matter at all: big scandal!
…and we are talking about the difference of two beginners-divisions when we are talking about blue and white.
But if You are looking for „news“….🙄

It's devolved into a shitty click bait site after originally starting as a good source of information about the European scene
