This may have been answered already. But I had a look and couldn't find anything. I'm thinking of starting a beltchecker profile for my son. He's 4 and started jiu jitsu. I just think itnwould be cool to log his training as I see this as a Facebook for jiu jitsu. My question is, how secure is it? I mean I will be monitoring the profile. But can creeps send messages etc? Also can it be linked to mine? Or does it need a zeperate email address etc?

Wall messages and vote counts are disabled for kids profiles. But if you're managing it, I guess it doesn't matter much if someone messaged it anyway 😄

Name and face still needs to be verified if you want the profile to be able to receive votes. But that’s the only feature that requires it. You can perfectly fine have a profile without ID verification that you can use for everything else here (like stats, training, competitions, results etc). Basically there’s not much reason to ID verify a kids profile.
