At 61 it is still a RUSH..
It’s funny i know i am old it’s just part of living. I have no idea how many times i have taken the walk but after all these years it is still an amazing feeling..
You are never too old to do what you love.
Live your life, experience things, try things.
We only get so much time and when i am done i want to be used up, burnt out, and dried up ..
When I get out there the opponent is father time.. He will win in the end as he always does but he is going to the Mother F**ker didn’t go

Awesome Phil! Really motivational! We had Blackbelt Glenn Lambdin from California recently training with us here in Germany again and he is getting 68 this year…. I wish I can train still when i will be over 60.
