System still says I haven't filled out promotion history

I think I have filled everything out, my name and photos have been confirmed, but the system is still telling me I haven't filled out the promotion history, but when I look at it, it shows information In all of the fields.

You have to do it for white belt too. (Start date)

On your profile you will see a warning box by the belt history explaining that you have to fill out white belt / training start date.

That is absolutely going to be a guess. I don't remember when it was I started.
