So...not to toot my own horn here...wait who am I kidding, yes to toot my own horn here...

Last year I taught this class on concepts of sweeps. While the class is not taught in eco format, this can easily act as a guide to build full game-type full resistance classes because imy seminar all about what are the mechanic steps and goals of if not all then very large majority of sweeps - an area that up until VERY recently had been a rather technique based area even in modern gyms.

Let me know what you think... I need to decide if I offer the same class up for this year in Beach Camp as well or will your contrarian opinions make me think that I shouldn't so that :)

Another simplify jiu-jitsu member reporting in! Really good stuff. This should be in the ABC's of any jiu-jitsu text book.

Very good content. Too much talk. Shorter explanations and more tasks to feel the ideas.

One of the best sweep details, but maybe some ”eco” to let participants experience more.

Too much talk.
Totally valid. But it was not meant deliberately not so much as a "training session" but a "seminar".

If taught as an actual active jiu jitsu class, it takes 2x1.5 hour session.

@Jorgen Talking less takes less time :-)
You might not get so much information transfered in shorter time, but it might be deeper knowledge to just do some experiments.

Maybe everything does not have to be clear after first session?

But as always, you know your stuff and you know the situation where you teach. Its your call! I’m just messing with you.
