In "Profiles needing more votes to verify", more and more abandoned profiles are accumulated, which buries the ones with newly added evidence. All also seem to have equal priority in being shown on Beltchecker's start page's shown selection of "Profiles needing more votes to verify". The situation will just become worse over the years, with abandoned profiles stealing verifiers attention away from profiles actually worthy of being belt checked.

Would it be possible to divide the "Profiles needing more votes to verify" into e.g. three sections:

*New (maximum three months or even one month since the last vote resetting changes in the promotion history, or at least since last edit in the promotion history, including adding evidence pics)
*Standard (one or three months up to 6 months)
*Archived list of non verified profiles (6 months or more since last vote resetting change)

With only profiles from the "New" section being shown on Beltchecker's start page.

(More people marking profiles lacking evidence with red negative points would also help : -)

One up for this idea.

One of the rules for forums is not to ask for votes....
You can still ask for votes in the Ask for votes forum, if you're adamant that your profile should be verified without you needing to change anything, even though it hasn't been verified for years.

It is a little bit disturbing, that from time to time someone drops a profile intentionally without any evidence and waits with the endless patience of an old fisherman that after many month enough "accidental" votes (randomly passing fishes) come along to verify finally.
I agree to find a way preventing this "fishing"-strategy.
Otherwise in the medium term one will say it "is only a question of time to get verified at beltchecker, no evidence needed".

To me it is a little frustrating opening profiles just to see they are not taken care off. Just consumes time. And people that actually want/need a vote might slip through.
