Just thought I’d throw this out there.
Today I was working on some stuff for state certification for work and I started to put together an overall transcript of my certifications.
I got to thinking BJJ is a lot like a college and each belt and stripe could be viewed as a course.
I mean we already call black belts professors so why not have a transcript.
Anyways I put one together and it ended up looking pretty decent. Yours thoughts on a bjj transcript and what should be put on there?

What would you be using this transcript for? Like, what's the purpose of it? Are you trying to get a job somewhere?
What would be the difference between what you're describing, and the features offered here on beltchecker?
Personally, I make sure to update my beltchecker profile as completely as possible, so that if I need to show/tell someone about my achievements, it's easily accessible.
For example, I try and visit bjj gyms whenever I travel, and I'll usually reach out to the gym I'm planning to visit beforehand and link my profile so those guys know exactly what type of mediocre black belt they're dealing with.
What would be the difference between what you're describing, and the features offered here on beltchecker?

Like I said I was working on state certification (for LE) stuff depending on the state you are in you are able to get more classes if you are going for instructor certifications. I also update this app as much as possible.
Mostly it was just interesting to look at what I’ve been doing for the last 3+ in a different way.

Right on. Looking back at my response, I apologize if it came off in an abrupt way, but I was just trying to understand your goals.
"Back in the day", I used to print out a "grappling resume" that I used to take to gyms in an area I just moved to, in order to see if I could get a "job" (teaching fundamentals, helping in kids class, etc) so I could offset training costs because I was broke.
These days, it's so easy to have someone look at a website or something.
Anyway, didn't want you to feel like I was hating on you. Just trying to figure out where you're coming from :).

It’d be great if there was a button you could click to download a text file of your Belt Checker Profile every so often, that included everything like your time at each belt, total time training, medals won, and your competition record details etc. This website is super useful as an app for people to document their journey.
I purchased a certificate to help support the website. If funding were to dry up and this website went down it would be a huge headache to re-research and re-archive all the info that’s been stored here all over again somewhere else.
