Did you make sure to hold up the paper with the beltchecker.com and ID # in your photo?

I have the same issue both my face & sign are nice and clear in the verification photo.

Wasnt sure if my profile pic should also have my face in it.....

Same thing here. I have a selfie with my face and paper with ID... One with my glasse on, the other without and the third with my Gi and belt. Still rejected. :-(

So I changed my profile picture to clearly display my face, then submitted validation pic again and it went through all now validated.

Not sure if I can now change my profie pic back to the original photo that didn't display face very well tho ....

I am! :) Please make sure to read and follow the requirements as stated on the photo upload page:

- You are holding the sign up in front of you (Scott, you're just uploading a photo of your face, that doesn't prove anything)
- You are the only person in your profile picture and your face is clearly visible. No group photos, other people's faces, only showing your back etc. (Mark, I'm looking at you haha)

Verification is not possible if we can not see you, you don't hold up the sign or there are other people in the picture (who are we verifying?).

Try again, I'm ready to verify :)

No you can not. It would make no sense if people can have a verified profile that looks anonymous :)

Haha, My bad definitely took me more attempts than it should have to figure it out.
